The 12km Bay to Base starts at the Picnic Bay jetty, heads over Rocky Bay with a breathtaking view over Cleveland Bay, before the climb begins up the Nelly Arcadia Track and then takes in the Sphinx Lookout over Alma Bay before finishing at Arcadia Hotel .
