Join Australian Olympic Legend Melinda Gainsford Taylor on Magnetic Island for a weekend of running, learning and FUN!
You don't have to be an elite runner or a sprinter to be a part of this awesome, life changing weekend.
This is a retreat for the everyone.

PROGRAM

Friday
  • 6:00pm We kick off our weekend of running with an easy run with Karey Corrie followed by run technique drills – Meet at Peppers Blue on Blue reception
​Saturday
  • 7:30am A big Saturday kicks off with Running skills and drills + MGTs 30:20:10 - awesome! Meet at Nelly Bay Boat ramp
  • 10:30am - Mobility and Diaphragm Breathing session at Bungalow Bay - Do you have tight Psoas and hip flexors muscles? Tight Hamstrings and Glutes maybe? Are you a chest breather who gets stitches?? Learn some amazing tricks and let's get some happy hips happening to breathe easy!
  • 2pm Get your glutes on strength session at Bungalow Bay
  • 4:30pm Afternoon Team Relay run meet at Nelly Bay boat ramp
  • 7:00pm Barefoot Restaurant Group Dinner with informal presentation Mel GT (included)
Sunday
  • 6:15am Picnic Bay Golf Course A pre-dawn walk up to an amazing lookout where we can catch the Sunrise over Cleveland Bay, before heading off on an easy long run out to Cockle Bay and West Point, 10 or 15km return graded options available , cool down swim at Picnic Bay afterwards
  • 10:30am we have a restorative Yoga session on the foreshore at Nelly Bay
  • 12:30pm Lunch Peppers Boardwalk Restaurant (included)
  • 2:00pm Depart for Home
