Arrive and Welcome Gathering, then ski set up 
 
8.30-11:30am        

On Water Video of Technique session, followed by off water Video Analysis 
Each paddler will be personally filmed so they understand visually what elements of the stroke need to be developed, so a clear understanding is in their mind after the video feedback is given at the conclusion of the water work. 
 
Noon - 1:00pm            
Lunch  Barefoot Food Art and Wine Restaurant Horseshoe Bay
 
1.30 - 2pm                       
30-minute Stretch and Core Engagement 
This portion of each day is dedicated to developing the key flexibility points for each paddler and to help them understand where we are looking to feel where the power is coming from in the stroke. 
 
2.30-4.30pm          
Firm Endurance session & Group Performance Races – we will do a short firm fitness-based workout so that advice can be given as the session progresses when fatigue creeps in, so each paddler knows what areas they need to be mindful of when training on their own in solid workouts. Then the Performance Races is an excitable period of time brings out the passion and competitive spirit in a team performance environment towards the end of our time together.  It also allows Clint to give feedback each paddler in high intensity work.

We suggest bringing your own paddle , PFD, paddle leash and leg leash for the sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made outside 60 days prior to the event will attract an administration fee of $40 per booking.

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
