Most of us know that the glutes are an incredibly important muscle group for many reasons, including preventing injury, improving performance, awesome posture and helping you look great in your clothes!
During this Glute Strength Workshop, you will learn some of the best exercises you can do to get your glutes properly fired up and working for you. These will help you move better, feel better, and kick your training up a notch.
In the Mobility Workshop you will learn the theory behind mobility, what tools you can use, what good movement looks like and the drills you can do to improve your mobility and enhance your performance.
