All cancellations and transfers must be made by emailing us

Refunds
If you can't find anyone to replace you and would prefer a refund of your entry fee we are able to provide:

• Full refund less $15 administration fee if you advise us by email anytime before July 31, 2021
• No monetary refund if you advise us after 11:59PM July 31, 2021.

Transfers
You are able to transfer your entry online to an acquaintance up to 11:59pm Friday September 3, 2021. You MUST email [email protected] to notify us of the transfer of your entry

You need to find the person yourself to transfer your entry to. You need to sort out payment between yourself and the person taking your entry.

Please be advised if you are buying an entry from someone to ask them for proof of purchase

The person who is taking your entry will also need to pay a $10 transfer fee online to complete their new entry.


Let’s hope it doesn’t happen but in the event of circumstances beyond our control causing The Great Island Trek to be postponed (weather event or Covid related circumstances) all entries will automatically be transferred to the Trek in September 2022 at no cost to the entrant. If you are unable to attend the event in September you will be fully refunded less the $5 booking fee
