Many facets of yoga will be covered including Ashtanga, Gentle Somatic, Yin as well as a Kirtan (call and response mantras) at the top of The Forts watching the sunset - a truly amazing experience!

Our yoga sessions will be held at various locations around the island, including Picnic Bay, Nelly Bay, Alma Bay and Horseshoe Bay. We will show you Maggie Island as the locals know it.
